National Security & Investigations LLC is a full service private security and investigation company based out of Waupaca Wisconsin as a corporate location. The company brings a high level of law enforcement background to its management team ensuring that the highest quality employees will be produced. The company operates under three main categories Private Security, Investigations, and Education.

The first being the private security area which encompasses armed and unarmed security officers supplied to factories, businesses, and local events for protection of their property and customers. The second area is an investigations department which will under contract with perspective customers conduct background investigations for employment, insurance claims, fraud and theft, surveillance, and post- crash investigations, with a specific emphasis on underwater investigations. The third area is in education of personal protection. The educational services have a wide range of courses that provide a sense of physical wellness through series of personal protection and safety courses. They provide emotional wellness through a series of stress management and critical decision making courses. The educational services are taught through onsite training, dependent on the customer’s needs.

Our Mission

At National Security & Investigations LLC, It is our mission to partner with the community providing all customers nationwide with the maximum protection and professionalism to enhance the quality of life ensuring the safety of all through leadership, education, and Integrity.

We have identified six Critical Success Factors, which we believe make up the core of our mission statement.

1. Trust Challenges We must recognize that trust-gaps exist within some of the communities we serve. It is our responsibility to participate in a dialog and activities that promote collaborative relationship building to close those trust-gaps.

2. Ethical Behavior We understand that public trust is the foundation of our profession. We further recognize that it is our responsibility to uphold the laws and ensure that justice is served. We are committed to being consistently fair in the execution of these duties, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and honesty.

3. Problem Solving We must assure that our commitment to quality and continuous improvement shows through the service that we provide to the community. This will be accomplished through collaborative problem-solving models, continuous self-evaluation, and aggressively solving the community problems
 
4. Citizen Involvement We believe all members of our community are responsible in some form of public safety. We strive to educate our community about our capabilities and limitations, while teaming with the citizens, empowering them to have a voice in public safety solutions. It is a community expectation that we aid the law enforcement officials and hold people accountable for their criminal behavior.
 

5. Leadership We believe in a standard of leadership that is flexible and responsive to the customer needs. The focus is on employee engagement, balancing task and relationship needs, which provide structured leadership behaviors that are supportive our customers. We view all our employees as leaders.
  
6. Employees We believe that each employee offers a valuable contribution to our company. We also recognize that it is the diversity of our workforce that provides the foundation for success. It is the goal of the department to empower all employees to carry out our mission.
